Services for Communities
Our Community Services Section with the Libraries, Community and Voluntary Services (LCVS) Branch provide a variety of client driven support and services that focus on building and enhancing the capacity of community leaders, organizations, communities/ networks, and government ministries, Boards, and agencies to achieve their goals and have a positive contribution to the lives of Albertans. They provide facilitation and skill development in areas such as strategic planning, community collaboration and partnerships, board development, and public participation processes.
The Community Services Section staff are conveniently located in ten regional offices across the province.
